Henry is Free From a Corrupt Lifestyle as a Political Leader

Pastor Godfrey Wippon rang me one day and witnessed to me and prayed with me and I started saying “Praise the Lord”. I was surprised that my tongue changed into a strange new language and I knew I had received God’s Holy Spirit. I completed the process by being baptised on 17 November 2003. I started talking to a lot of people in my small community about God and seeing a lot of miracles because of the Spirit that I have in my life (1 Cor 14:2). I am always talking direct to God and He always answers my prayers. 

I used to be a drunkard and a womaniser. Being a political leader I was always leading a political leader’s life. I came out of the leadership roles, and I gave up chewing betel nut and all the other old habits and behaviours.

I am enjoying my salvation and I speak nicely to my wife and my two children now. I always tell people I will never return to my old life because I have the Spirit of God in my life. I wasted years going to another church but now I can do anything when I consult with God. My wife and family are happy and are also filled with the Holy Spirit.
