Baby Jing Xuen Was Healed in the Womb From Abnormalities

Cheryl & Tok have both been baptised by full immersion and received the Holy Spirit, speaking in tongues in our fellowship in Singapore.

In 2011 they were pregnant with their baby daughter, Baby Jing Xuan, who was found to have some abnormalities in the womb. During the first trimester screening for Down Syndrome, an ultrasound examination showed the absence of the nasal bone, a worrying sign of Down Syndrome. Cheryl, Tok and the church prayed to God for a healing. At the subsequent scan, her nasal bone appeared on the monitor screen!

Later on, a fetal growth scan revealed the development of baby Jing’s thigh bone was not normal, it was below the normal range. The doctor was extremely worried and tried to comfort Cheryl & Tok by saying “it’s unlikely she’s a dwarf...”. After further prayer, Cheryl & Tok experienced the peace of God again. A subsequent report showed that the development of the thigh bone had gone back to normal. The doctor could only say: “it seems like your prayers are very effective.”
